02/21/2026: Update to the Board of Directors

David Schott's term as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors (the "Board") ended in February of 2026. David agreed to serve a new 3-year term as Secretary/Treasurer and no other HOA members expressed a desire to serve in this position.

At the 2026 Annual Meeting of the HOA, the meeting attendees or their proxies voted 12 - 0 FOR David Schott as Secretary Treasurer of the Board.  David's term lasts through February of 2029.
