2022 Annual Dues Notices were mailed on December 1, 2021. Watch for your notice to arrive soon in your mailbox.

If you have consented to receive HOA notices by email, your dues notice should have already arrived in your inbox at the email address you provided.

NOTE: Annual Dues are $300; however, the HOA Board of Directors has the ability to lower the dues in any given year if the funds are not required. The Board has voted to reduce the 2022 Dues to $250.

2022 Dues are $250, due on January 1, 2022.

The Marymoor Hill HOA Board of Directors wishes to remind all HOA members about the HOA rules regarding pets in our community.  The Board asks that you please abide by these rules at all times and be a responsible pet owner.

PETS & OTHER ANIMALS

• No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept except that dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept, provided that they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose and that they do not become an annoyance or nuisance to other homeowners.
  

• Each pet (i.e., dog, cat, rabbit) Owner is responsible for removing pet waste from Common Areas and the Owner’s Lot on a regular basis to prevent offensive odors. The Owners shall not allow pet waste in any other Lot.
  

• Outdoor household pets shall not exceed three in number, provided that un-weaned puppies or kittens may be kept for a reasonable period.
  

• All animal enclosures must be kept in a clean, neat, and odor-free condition that reasonably contains the noise of the animal at all times.
  

• Pet Owners are responsible for damage caused by their pets.
  

• The Board may at any time exercise its discretion to require the removal of any pet that is unreasonably disturbing other Owners.
  

• Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, all Pet Owners shall comply with all applicable (city/county) laws pertaining to animals (IE., pets are to be leashed at all times and not run loose thru the neighborhood).

The Roll Pod food truck is scheduled to visit the Marymoor Hill neighborhood on Friday, April 23, 2021, from 5:00pm to 8:30pm. The food truck is going to be parked at the "Five Rocks" green area where NE 50th Way transitions into 163rd Ave NE.

Roll Pod has vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.

Food trucks are making a return to Marymoor Hill. The trucks are tentatively scheduled to be at the Five Rocks area on Friday evenings from 5:30pm to 8:00pm.

2021 Annual Homeowners Meeting Minutes

The 2021 Annual Homeowners Meeting Minutes are now available for viewing.

Please slow down and use caution when driving in our neighborhood.

With the arrival of nicer, spring-like weather there are more people out walking and kids playing in their yards and on the sidewalks and streets.

Please slow down and use extra caution when driving through the neighborhood and keep an eye out for younger kids who may dart out from their yards chasing after a ball, etc.

Parents, please remind your kids to be mindful of the traffic around them when they are out playing. We lost a mailbox to a collision last week, let's not lose a kid.
