3/27/2020: Update to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

The Board of Directors has appointed Cathy Kopp to fulfill David Findlay's term on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Cathy's term runs through February of 2021.

Please keep off the grass in the NE 49th Ct cul-de-sac island.

The HOA's landscaper, Blue Gardens / David Dootson, has just finished planting new sod and seeding the NE 49th Ct cul-de-sac island. David has requested that we please keep off of that grass for the next 3 months or so until the grass gets established.
