Reminder about rules regarding pets in our HOA community.

The Marymoor Hill HOA Board of Directors wishes to remind all HOA members about the HOA rules regarding pets in our community.  The Board asks that you please abide by these rules at all times and be a responsible pet owner.

PETS & OTHER ANIMALS

  • No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept except that dogs, cats, or other household pets may be kept, provided that they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose and that they do not become an annoyance or nuisance to other homeowners.
  • Each pet (i.e., dog, cat, rabbit) Owner is responsible for removing pet waste from Common Areas and the Owner’s Lot on a regular basis to prevent offensive odors. The Owners shall not allow pet waste in any other Lot.
  • Outdoor household pets shall not exceed three in number, provided that un-weaned puppies or kittens may be kept for a reasonable period.
  • All animal enclosures must be kept in a clean, neat, and odor-free condition that reasonably contains the noise of the animal at all times.
  • Pet Owners are responsible for damage caused by their pets.
  • The Board may at any time exercise its discretion to require the removal of any pet that is unreasonably disturbing other Owners.
  • Notwithstanding anything set forth herein, all Pet Owners shall comply with all applicable (city/county) laws pertaining to animals (IE., pets are to be leashed at all times and not run loose thru the neighborhood).
