If you have opted to receive HOA notices by email, you will receive an email with an Official Ballot attached. If you receive your HOA notices by U.S. Mail, your Official Ballot will arrive in the U.S. Mail (they were mailed on 2/14/2022).
These ballots are your opportunity to vote to approve or reject the HOA budget plan, and to vote for the position of the Vice President of the HOA Board of Directors.
Limit one ballot per household. The ballot you receive from the HOA is unique to your household. Please do not vote using a copy of a neighbor's ballot.

The HOA must receive your completed ballot by March 1, 2022, and the Ballot ID printed on the bottom of the ballot must be readable, or the ballot will not be counted.
Instructions for returning completed ballots are printed on the ballot. The results of the election will be posted on the HOA website soon after March 1, 2022.
Below is a list of documents with information that would normally be presented at the in-person annual meeting. If you have any questions, please feel free to email the HOA.

About the 2022 Annual Meeting
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the HOA Board of Directors is planning to conduct the business of our Annual Meeting by mail again this year. In February you will receive the meeting information and a ballot to vote on meeting issues. If you have objections to conducting the 2022 Annual Meeting by mail, please contact the HOA by email or by U.S. mail before February 10, 2022.
The position of Vice President of the Board of Directors is up for election at the 2022 Annual Meeting. Our current vice president, David Ebbo, has agreed to serve another three-year term. If you are interested in running to serve as Vice President of the Board, please contact the HOA by email or by U.S. mail before February 10, 2022, and ask to have your name included on the ballot. Any HOA member in good standing may run for an open HOA Board of Directors position.
Two of five positions on the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) remain vacant. If you are interested in volunteering to serve on the ACC, please reach out to the HOA by email at any time. The Board of Directors appoints members to serve on the ACC. It is not a difficult job, requires no special training, and your service would be greatly appreciated.
The HOA may be contacted by email at: info(a)marymoorhillhoa.org
Best regards,
Marymoor Hill Divisions 1 and 2 HOA
