Notice of 2016 Annual Homeowner's Meeting

MARYMOOR HILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 22, 2016 (MONDAY)

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowner’s Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, February 22, 2016 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85^th Street for the following purposes:

1. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/15
2. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA in accordance with the By-Laws;
3. Adopt and approve the HOA 2016 budget, the 5 year budget and the intended use of HOA reserve funds;
4. ACC and Neighboorhood Watch reports;
5. Transact any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

Only homeowner’s of record at December 31, 2015, who are current on their payment of dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.  If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).

Proxies must be received by the HOA by 3:00 p.m. on February 22, 2016.

1. SPECIAL REPORT BY THE REDMOND POLICE DEPARTMENT ON MARYMOOR HILL PROPERTY CRIMES
2. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/14;
3. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA in accordance with the By-Laws;
4. Adopt and approve the HOA 2015 budget, the 5 year budget and the intended use of HOA reserve funds;
5. ACC and Neighboorhood Watch reports;
