National Night Out, Annual Summer Party Coming August 6th

The Marymoor Hill Homeowners Association will have its annual summer party on "National Night Out" which is Tuesday, August 6, 2019.  The party will be held from 7:00pm to 9:00pm in the cul-de-sac located in front of 16327 NE 50th Street.  Informational flyers will be distributed in late July.

Board appoints David Ebbo Vice President

The Marymoor Hill HOA Board of Directors appointed David Ebbo to fulfill the current term of Vice President.  His term runs through February of 2022.  David replaces Marilyn Polis who resigned on June 7, 2019.  Thanks to David for being willing to serve on the Board.

Marilyn Polis announces resignation from HOA Board

On June 7, 2019, Marilyn Polis announced her resignation as Vice President of the HOA Board of Directors.  Thank you, Marilyn, for your service to the HOA on the Board and on the ACC.  After nearly 30 years in their Marymoor Hill home, Steve and Marilyn have purchased a new condo in Kirkland.  Congratulations on your new home, Steve and Marilyn.  You will be missed!

MARYMOOR HILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 4, 2019 MONDAY

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowners Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, February 4, 2019 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85th Street.  The proposed meeting agenda is shown on the back of this notice and includes such items as:

1. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/18;
2. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA and a member to the ACC in accordance with the By-Laws;
3. Adopt and approve the HOA 2019 budget and the 5 year budget plan;
4. Discuss a replacement for the current HOA manager;
5. ACC and Neighborhood Watch reports; and
6. Transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.

For a full listing of the agenda items please refer to HOA agenda on the back of this notice.

Only homeowner’s of record at December 31, 2018, who are current on their payment of HOA dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting. 

If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).

Proxies must be received by the HOA by 3:00 p.m. on February 4, 2019.
