MARYMOOR HILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 10, 2014 (MONDAY)

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowner’s Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, February 10, 2014 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85th Street for the following purposes:

1. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/13;
2. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA in accordance with the By-Laws;
3. Vote on the recommended HOA dues increase from $250 to $300 effective 1/1/15;
4. Adopt and approve the HOA 2014 budget, the 5 year budget and the intended use of HOA reserve funds;
5. Discuss Board’s revision to the “General Rules of the HOA”;
6. Transact any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

Only homeowners of record at December 31, 2013, who are current on their payment of dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).

Proxies must be received by the HOA by 5:00 p.m. on February 10, 2014.

MARYMOOR HILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 12, 2013 (TUESDAY)

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowner’s Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2013 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85th Street for the following purposes:

1. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/12;
2. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA in accordance with the By-Laws;
3. Board reports on ACC members and their term of office;
4. Adopt and approve the HOA 2013 budget, the 5 year budget and the intended use of HOA reserve funds;
5. Discuss HOA delinquent dues and the advisability of filing liens for delinquent assessments;
6. Transact any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

Only homeowner’s of record at December 31, 2012, who are current on their payment of dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).

Marymoor Hill 2012 National Night Out

On Tuesday August 7th, the Redmond Police Department is asking neighborhoods to participate in the 29th Annual National Night Out against Crime. The police department, fire department, city council, mayor, and others will attend parties between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. They ask citizens of Redmond to turn their porch lights on and come outside to take a stand against crime with your neighbors.

All over the country there will be thousands of crime prevention block parties, cookouts, ice cream socials, dessert parties, and parades. Other neighborhoods will be hosting flashlight walks, safety fairs, poster and essay contests, and neighborhood meetings. This event is fun for all and gives criminals a "Going Away" party by showing the strong stand our community takes against crime. Our Marymoor Hill neighborhood has registered with the Police Department to participate in this event this year.

Beverages will be supplied by the Marymoor Hill Neighborhood Association. Please feel free to bring a dessert to share. We will have plates, napkins and utensils. We will meet from 6:30 – 9:00pm in the 164th Court NE cul-de-sac. Everyone is welcome – bring the family!

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowner’s Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85th Street for the following purposes:

1. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/11;
2. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA in accordance with the By-Laws;
3. Board reports on ACC members and their term of office;
4. Adopt and approve the HOA 2012 budget, the 5 year budget and the intended use of HOA reserve funds;
5. Arborist presentation- HOA owners responsibilities in keeping the neighborhood landscape maintained in accordance with City regulations;
6. Transact any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

Only homeowner’s of record at December 31, 2011, who are current on their payment of dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting. If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).
