2/21/2026: Update to the ACC Committee
Nancy Heard's term on the Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC") ended in February of 2026. Nancy offered to serve an additional three-year term on the ACC. At the 2026 Annual Meeting of the HOA, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Nancy Heard to a three-year term on the ACC. Nancy's term lasts through February of 2029.
Thank you to Nancy Heard, Ushah Kiran Kommi Reddi, and Keren Tan for being willing to serve on the Architectural Control Committee. Your help is greatly appreciated.
By HOA rules, the ACC should be comprised of 3-5 members. There are still 2 vacant spots on the ACC.
If you would like to help out by serving on the committee, please reach
out to the HOA. No special expertise is required to be on the
committee.
As a reminder to all HOA Members: HOA rules require homeowners to submit an Architectural Control Committee request form to the ACC and to receive approval from the ACC before beginning any work that affects the exterior appearance of your home. This includes exterior painting, roof replacement, major landscaping changes, and fence repair/installation.

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of the Marymoor Hill Divisions 1 and 2 Homeowners Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 6:30pm - 7:30pm PST on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, in Meeting Room 2 of the Redmond Regional Library, 15990 NE 85th St, Redmond, WA.

Only homeowners of record at December 31, 2025, who are current on their payment of HOA dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.
Homeowners who are unable to attend the Meeting are encouraged to return a signed and dated Proxy Notice to the HOA prior to the Meeting date. Click here for a copy of the Proxy Notice or one can be obtained by contacting the HOA secretary by email at info@marymoorhillhoa.org.

NOTE: Annual Dues are $300; however, the HOA Board of Directors has the ability to lower the dues in any given year if the funds are not required. The Board has voted to reduce the 2026 Dues to $250.
2026 Dues are $250, due on January 1, 2026.

Outside Appearances of Homes
Dear Marymoor
Hill HOA Members,
We live in a
beautiful neighborhood that has served us all well as our homes have continued
to increase in value thanks to the work we have all put into it. We Have
an HOA for the benefit of all us to help ensure our whole neighborhood is
maintained up to our established standards that now have us a neighborhood of
$2 Million homes. Most of us take great pride in maintaining and
improving the appearance of our home. Some more than others, but we have
an HOA with rules to help ensure we all at least maintain our property for the
overall good of our neighborhood. For example, regarding the Outside
Appearance of our Property:
OUTSIDE APPEARANCES
Each Lot Owner shall maintain and keep her/his Lot in a
clean, neat,
sanitary,
weeded, mowed, trimmed and otherwise well-maintained
condition at
all times. This includes making prompt repairs to the
house and to
the fences around and between the houses and
replacing
fences on the Lot that have deteriorated.
The Board
asks you to please take a look and make sure that you are staying on top of the
upkeep of the exterior appearance of your property.

12/1/2024: Update to the Board of Directors
Wan-Chih Tom resigned as the HOA Vice President of the Board of Directors (the "Board") effective November 30, 2024. Thank you, Wan-Chih, for your help on the Board.
The Board of Directors voted to appoint Catherine McNamara Orona to finish out Wan-Chih's term as Vice President, effective December 1, 2024. Catherine's term lasts through February of 2025.

1/9/2024: Updates to Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Board of Directors unanimously voted to appoint Ushah Kiran Kommi Reddi and Keren Tan to 3-year terms on the Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC") with their terms running through February of 2027.
Current ACC members, Cathy Kopp and Hong Sodoma, whose terms were set to expire in February of 2024, agreed to remain on the ACC for one more year with their terms now expiring in February of 2025.
Hong Sodoma will remain in the ACC Chairperson role.

David Ebbo resigned as the HOA Vice President of the Board of Directors (the "Board") effective July 31, 2023. Thank you, David, for your help on the Board. It was appreciated.
The Board of Directors voted to appoint Wan-Chih Tom to finish out David's term as Vice President. Wan-Chih's term lasts through February of 2025.

Nancy Heard's term on the Architectural Control Committee (the "ACC") ended in February of 2023. Nancy graciously offered to serve another 3-year term on the ACC, but requested to be relieved of the chairperson duties.
Current ACC member, Hong Sodoma, kindly agreed to take over in the ACC Chairperson role at least through the remainder of her term, which expires in February of 2024.
At the 2023 Annual Meeting of the HOA, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed Nancy Heard to a new 3-year term on the ACC, and unanimously appointed Hong Sodoma as the ACC Chairperson.
