MARYMOOR HILL HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 13, 2018 TUESDAY

The Annual Meeting of Members (the “Meeting”) of Marymoor Hill Homeowner’s Association (the “HOA”) will be held at 7:00 p.m. on TUESDAY, February 13, 2018 at the Redmond Public Library located at 15990 NE 85th Street for the following purposes:

1. Review the financial statements of the HOA for the year ended 12/31/17;
2. Elect a director to the Board of the HOA and 2 members to the ACC in accordance with the By-Laws;
3. Adopt and approve the HOA 2018 budget and the 5 year budget plan;
4. Discuss curb painting, mailbox units and satellite dishes;
5. ACC and Neighboorhood Watch reports;
6. Transact any other business that may properly come before the Meeting.

Only homeowner’s of record at December 31, 2017, who are current on their payment of their dues will be entitled to vote at the Meeting.

If you cannot attend the meeting in person please return a proxy (mailing address is PO Box 712, Snoqualmie, WA 98065).

Proxies must be received by the HOA by 3:00 p.m. on February 12, 2018.
